ก่อนที่ Blog ผมจะเต็มไปด้วยเรื่องบันเทิงเฉลิมไทยไปนะครับ ขอมาแชร์ความรู้เรื่อง Landing Page ให้ซักตอน
Landing Page คือหน้าเว็บไซต์ที่ถูกทำไว้เพื่อ ที่เอาไว้สำหรับรองรับเวลากดจากป้ายโฆษณาที่เรานำไปติดไว้ตามที่ต่างๆ เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าชมรับรู้ถึงรายละเอียดทั้งหมดและสั่งซื้อหรือติดต่อกลับ ได้ในหน้าเดียว
ขอเสนอ 11 วิธีที่จะทำให้หน้า Landing Page ของคุณเจ๋งข้ามหน้าข้ามตาชาวโลก
1. ถามตัวเองก่อนว่าอยากให้ผู้เข้าชมทำอะไร
ก่อนจะเริ่มร่าง Landing Page กำหนดจุดประสงค์ซะหน่อยนะครับ อย่าให้มันเลื่อนลอย จับประเด็นที่เราต้องการจะสื่อสารกับผู้เข้าชมให้ได้ ว่าจะให้เขาทำอะไร ( Call to Action ) กรอกแบบฟอร์ม , สมัคร หรือ ซื้อของ จำให้ขึ้นใจนะครับแล้วเอาให้อยู่หมัด
2. สืบสักนิดหาข้อมูลซักหน่อย
นั่นแน่! อย่าเพิ่งหุนหันพลันแล่นไป หน้า Landing Page มีอยู่มากมาย ลองจำลองตัวเองเป็นผู้ใช้ดูว่าแบบไหนมันโดนใจเราบ้าง จำไว้เสมอ เราทำหน้านี้ให้คนอื่นอ่าน ไม่ใช่ทำไว้อ่านเอง ฉะนั้น เอาใจผู้ใช้มาใส่ใจเราโดยพลัน
3. อะไรที่รุงรักตัดออกไปซะ
Landing Page ไม่ใช่เวบไซต์ อะไรที่เริ่ดหรูอลังการในเวบจงอย่าเอามาใส่ ให้เมื่อยตุ้ม คัดเอาที่จำเป็นต่อจุดมุ่งหมายมาใส่เท่านั้น จะขายอะไรก็ใส่อันนั้น อ้อ อย่าให้หน้ายาวไปด้วยนะครับ
4. คิดให้โดนใจและสร้างสรรค์
คิดอะไรที่สรางสรรค์และโดนใจปล่อยออกไป แบบไม่ต้องกั๊ก เอาให้ อ่านแล้ว กดสั่งซื้อแทบไม่ทัน
5. เอา Navigation ออกไป
ถ้าเป็นไปได้ พวก Manu , Navigation เอาออกไปเถอะครับ มันจะช่วยให้หลงเปล่าๆ เก็บไว้เฉพาะ ลิ้งค์ที่มีประโยชน์และจำเป็นต่อจุดมุ่งหมายเท่านั้น อย่างกมาก ใส่เท่าที่จำเป็นก็พอ
6. เน้นไว้ เน้นไว้อย่าให้หลุดเป้าหมาย
อย่ารุ่มร่ามไปใส่ คำโปรโมต สินค้าอื่นเข้าล่ะ เดี๋ยวไก่จะตื่น และไปหาตัวเลือกที่ดีกว่าซะงั้น เผลอๆไปซื้อเวบอื่นซะด้วย ฉะนั้น ใส่ไปให้หมดข้อมูลรายละเอียดต่างๆที่เราค้นกันมาแล้วว่าผู้ซื้ออยากรู้แน่ๆ จะเป็นรูปหรือ Flash ก็ได้ ทำให้เคลียร์แบบไม่ต้องกดไปหาข้อมูลที่อื่นอีกให้วุ่นวายใจ
7. ใส่ใจกับหน้าเว็บช่วงบนสุด
ท่อนแรกของหน้า Landing Page ถือเป็นจุดยุทธศาสตร์ขั้นสุดยอด รบกวนช่วยเน้นๆกันด้วยนะครับ ข้อความรูป ไม้ตายอะไรเด็ดๆที่คิดได้ใส่ไปตรงนั้นเลย
8. กระจายปุ่ม เป้าหมายให้ทั่ว
อยากได้ไหมล่ะ สมาชิกกับลูกค้า ฉะนั้น ปุ่มเป้าหมาย เช่น ปุ่มสั่งซื้อ ปุ่มสมัครสมาชิก กระจายให้ทั่วแบบมีชั้นเชิง
9. หาจุดดึงดูดสายตา
ข้อความเด็ดๆ ตัวโตๆ กับภาพน่ะสำคัญนะครับ นึกอารมณ์ตาม ข่าวพาดหัวหนังสือพิมพ์เลยแหละครับ เอาให้เร้าใจ สุดๆ ไปเลยล่ะ
10. ฟอร์มยากๆเยอะๆใครอยากจะกรอก
อันนี้ไม่ยาก ดูตัวเองเป็นหลัก เป็นคุณจะกรอกไหมล่ะ ชื่อ ที่อยู่เบอร์ โทร การศึกษารายได้ ชื่อพ่อ ชื่อแม่ โอ้ย สารพัดใครอยากจะกรอก เจอกันครั้งแรกใน Landing Page อยากเพิ่งไปถามไร เซ้าซี้มาก ขอแค่ติดต่อเขาได้ก็พอ ล่ะครับ ชื่อ อีเมล เบอร์โทร ก็พอจะจีบต่อได้แล้วจ้า..า
11. เทส เทส เทส
แหะๆ ข้อสุดท้าย แล้วล่ะครับ ไม่อยากให้คุณไปปล่อยไก่ในโลก Cyber Space ดังนั้นจงทดสอบ ลากเพื่อนมาช่วยทดสอบด้วยก็ได้ หลายหัวดีกว่าหัวเดียว ….
